is there a chance to build a pagination for the table view (or in german: ANSICHT)

My problem is, that the height of such a view always differ a bit (regarding to the screen resolution). And my end users do not understand when they have to scroll inside the table view or the whole page. If I design the table view with too much height you have to scroll the whole page. If too less height we have to scroll inside the table view and I waste many space.

Does anyone have an idea to avoid this?
Either introduce pagination or much better anchor the table view to the bottom line with dynamic height settings.
